Safety Guidlines
- Always use branded CNC and drill press machines for more stability and speed consistancy for better tool life.
- Coolent is recommended for all drilling jobs to cool down the tool while operation.
- Bigger daimeter would need 3 – 4 smaller interval sizes to prevent the pressure on one tool.
- Regrinding of the drills should acquire the similar head degree 118 or 135 for better center contact.
- Ensuring the drill is properly fitted in the chuck jaws can give prosperous results.
